More about Peter
As the lead on design, I have many years of design experience under my belt. I've worked in small design businesses, in-house design
roles and as a self employed designer/freelancer. Most recently I've worked as a designer/manager within
a software firm, overseeing the design of websites.
- A versatile designer: I started my career in design for print. With the world going
digital, so has my work. A decade ago I transitioned over to web design, designing user interfaces and
creating content managed websites.
- Proficient project manager: A common thread throughout my career. I've managed design
projects on time and budget, setting clear expectations and milestones and overseeing the work of
specialists. I'm also pragmatic and personable.
- Working with marketing professionals and business management: I have a CIM diploma in
marketing, so I can see the bigger picture.
- Good technical knowledge: Over the last decade I've spent a lot of time implementing
client website designs, setting up stylesheets, and organising content (using CSS and HTML). I also have a
good understanding of content management systems.
- Creative thinker: I continue to find satisfaction in designing targeted communication
solutions that demonstrate creative flair and typographical refinement.
